Adecco Recruitment is seeking for its client in Oporto, a skilled Marketing Manager to lead its digital channel and SEO strategy across Europe.

The candidate will manage a team of 10 professionals, driving performance across SEO, PPC, and social media to enhance its digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and SEO specialists;

• Develop and execute strategies for .com and digital channels;

• Optimize SEO performance and organic search rankings across European markets;

• Analyze and improve digital marketing campaigns and user experience;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals;

Requirements

• Significant (5-10 years) of experience in the area;

• General undergraduate degree (e.g. Bachelors Degree);

• Proven leadership in managing digital marketing teams;

• Expertise in SEO, technical optimization, and multi-channel campaigns;

• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using analytics tools;

• Fluent English;

• Experience in European markets and sensitivity to cultural differences.
