Stannah is a fifth generation, family-owned business whose purpose is to make people's lives easier through innovative accessibility solutions. Having sold more than 700,000 products worldwide, Stannah is a global market leader of lift products and now is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop its B2C strategy, both online and offline.

Principais responsabilidades

Reporting to General Manager, this professional will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the most effective use of the marketing budget;
  • Maximizing and optimizing qualitative leads generation by achieving high effectiveness with advertising messages;
  • Selecting the most suitable media activities and channels;
  • Fully understanding the customer journey characteristic of our target group;
  • Be responsible for B2C strategy both offline and online, having a close co-operation with Digital Marketing colleagues at the European head office, continuously improve the results in the field of paid search / organic search;
  • Obtaining extensive product knowledge and understanding price strategies;
  • Keeping abreast of changing market situations, among other things, prompted by other providers or the laws and regulations of local authorities to respond with this knowledge to the opportunities in the market;
  • Maping possible co-operation possibilities with alternative market parties;
  • Carrying out research and drawing up feasibility studies for the launch of new products / product groups if required;
  • Being the future contact point for sales consultants and participating in periodic sales consultation and training programs.

Perfil desejado

The ideal profile should have:

  • Academic background in Marketing (mandatory);
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the role (mandatory);
  • Experience as a Copy is a plus (preferential);
  • Proven experience with call tracking;
  • Proven experience organizing outbound campaigns and client database;
  • Proven track record in the field of marketing for high-end products within a B2C / Direct Sales organization;
  • Representative, enthusiastic, commercially oriented with excellent communication skills;
  • Resourceful, result-oriented and analytical;
  • Empathetic with the target group of customers
  • Excellent knowledge of English languages, Spanish is a plus;
  • Experienced with budget responsibility.
