Description

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that position the company as a leader. You will drive customer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue growth by leading various initiatives across digital and offline channels.

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven marketing plan that supports business objectives, focusing on lead generation, client retention, and brand elevation.
  • Brand Positioning: Enhance the company's market presence by refining brand messaging and ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Drive traffic and engagement through innovative online strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's luxury ethos.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including website copy, blogs, promotional materials, and client case studies.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and present detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Profile

Experience: 5+ years in marketing, ideally within the private aviation, luxury services, or high-net-worth client sectors.
Skills: Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, campaign management, and analytics. Strong understanding of luxury branding and client expectations.
Creativity: Proven ability to create compelling, innovative campaigns tailored to an affluent audience.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or branding are a plus.
Personal Qualities: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
