MISSION:
The Marketing Executive - Graphic Design & Content plays a key role in developing and executing visually compelling and strategically aligned content that strengthens the brand identity and market presence of UHM and the properties under its management. This role supports the Marketing & Communication team by delivering high-quality creative assets and engaging content across digital and offline channels, enhancing brand visibility, consistency, and customer experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and adapt creative assets for digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Creation and updating of brochures, menus, corporate presentations, and internal materials.
• Preparation of files for graphic production and coordination with suppliers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Support events, activations, and internal initiatives.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, website, email marketing, and paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads).
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
• Manage and update website content, including layout adjustments, visuals, and landing pages, ensuring a seamless and brand-consistent user experience.
• Produce and edit video content, including promotional and institutional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand communication needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand libraries.
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards, deadlines, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with external suppliers (e.g., printers, agencies) when required.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor trends in design, digital content, and marketing to continuously improve output.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Creativity, strong aesthetic sense, and attention to detail;
- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content formats.
- Skills in video editing and basic animation are a plus. Knowledge of video production (editing, post-production, and motion graphics).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented attitude.
