Adecco is hiring a Marketing Executive for the Regional Office Americas, based in Lisbon. The role is essential in delivering integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity and stimulate product demand throughout the Americas region. Working in close alignment with Product Management, Sales, and the Dealer Network, the Marketing Executive ensures that all marketing initiatives support overarching business objectives. Core responsibilities include event management, B2B and channel marketing, digital campaign planning & execution, and closely working with our business partners across multiple markets to offer targeted communication to fleet operators, logistics providers, and public sector entities. The position also contributes to cultivating a corporate culture rooted in core values, legal compliance, and integrity standards, while supporting Mitsubishi FUSOs commercial vehicle operations in collaboration with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan.

What you will Do?
• Jointly develop and execute annual marketing plans for FUSO trucks & buses across relevant segments in the Americas region with business partners
• Develop short- & long-term concepts to enhance brand awareness in the region and monitor correct brand usage in the markets
• Create marketing material such as Social Media content, brochures, & product videos to support our partners in their daily business
• Lead and manage regional marketing events, such as annual conferences, for business partners and customers
• Drive corporate communication and media PR activities for FUSO brand in the Americas region
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid search, SEO, and website updates for own brand channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor launches, pricing strategies, and customer behavior
Your Skills
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and fleet buyer behavior
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and content development skills
