Position Summary
The Coordinator – Group will support the Group team from the corporate in Albufeira, coordinating initiatives across multiple countries and hotel brands. The role plays a key part in ensuring brand consistency, timely execution of campaigns, and smooth collaboration between corporate marketing, hotels, and external partners.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle marketing, who is comfortable working in an international, multi-property environment.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Excellent understanding of offline and online and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Have experience in working with dynamic websites and maintenance though the CMS
Understanding of Booking engine content optimization
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Core Work Activities
Group & Brand Coordination
Support the planning and execution of group-level campaigns across all MGM Muthu Hotels properties
Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across hotels
Coordinate annual and seasonal group calendars
Hotel & Stakeholder Liaison
Act as a key point of coordination between corporate and individual hotels
Collect inputs, offers, and campaign requirements from properties
Support hotels with requests while ensuring alignment with group strategy
Content & Collateral Management
Coordinate development and rollout of collateral (sales kits, brochures, fact sheets, presentations, digital assets)
Maintain and update brand asset libraries, image banks, templates, and property information
Work closely with internal designers, copywriters, and content teams
Digital & Online Support
Assist with content updates on group websites, hotel websites, landing pages, and OTA listings
Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and communications
Support social media planning, content coordination, and campaign tracking
Agency & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, and media agencies on briefs, timelines, and approvals
Track deliverables to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Reporting & Administration
Maintain campaign trackers, content schedules, and documentation
Assist in compiling performance reports for campaigns, digital activity, and brand compliance
Support budget tracking and invoice coordination for activities
Social Media Content Management
Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
