We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and dynamic B2B Marketing Content creator to join our team, playing a critical role in shaping our marketing narrative and driving the development and implementation of high-value, professional content for our customers and target profiles.
As a B2B Marketing Content Manager, you will support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand authority. This role involves creating high-value content tailored to scientists, and life science industry professionals, translating complex scientific and technological concepts into compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of life sciences, and digital solutions, with expertise in content marketing for B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Management
- Assist in developing a content marketing strategy & plan aligned with business objectives and customer needs & pain points.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely content production and distribution
Content Creation & Development:
- Support in the development and curation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, video content, infographics, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), customer teams, and product teams to produce accurate and engaging technical content.
- Work closely with sales to develop content for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.
- Develop promotional materials for use in conferences and events, and/or to support sales engagement activities
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for distribution across different channels
Social Media Management:
- Manage and execute content for DataHow's Social media (LinkedIn) channels
Website Content
- Actively manage DataHow's website, developing new pages and improving existing content on an ongoing basis.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Very strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within the software or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong ability to translate complex scientific and technological concepts into compelling marketing content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Very organised with strong project management skills, and with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the biopharma or life sciences industry.
- Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
