Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Brand Manager to lead and execute our brand development, marketing campaigns, social media presence, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and results-driven, with a strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy, and brand positioning. This role plays a key part in building visibility, driving engagement, and managing strategic brand partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and adjust plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Brand Management
  • Define, protect, and evolve the company's brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.
  • Lead development of brand assets, guidelines, and creative direction.
Social Media & Content Management
  • Own and manage all social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring alignment with the brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar including visuals, copy, and publishing schedule.
  • Monitor engagement, analyze insights, and optimize content based on performance.
Digital Marketing & Communications
  • Oversee website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, newsletters, and digital ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools.
  • Lead PR initiatives including press releases, media relationships, and influencer outreach.
Partnership & Collaboration Management
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with partner brands, influencers, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships align with brand values and contribute to measurable objectives.
  • Track performance of partnerships and ensure deliverables are met.
Market Research & Customer Insights
  • Conduct research on competitors, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for brand and campaign optimization.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and/or partnership management.
  • Proven success managing social media and digital campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
