We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Marketing & Public Relations Director to lead our brand positioning and institutional relationships

This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, managing high-level partnerships, and ensuring the company's image aligns with the standards of a luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong international mindset, and proven experience in managing Very Important Clients (VICs) and high-profile stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and visibility across national and international markets;
Provide support to internal teams (commercial, operational, and project) by delivering marketing and communication tools that enable business growth;
Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers related to marketing, communication, and event production.
Ensure efficient execution of marketing plans, budgets, and timelines.
Develop and Manage all communication and marketing materials and channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards;
Create and nurture a community around the brand, fostering strategic collaborations and long-term relationships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, opinion leaders, and strategic partners. Represent the company in high-profile events and institutional forums. Act as the primary spokesperson for the brand in high-level engagements;
Design and deliver premium events, including corporate gatherings, networking initiatives, and strategic activations with partners;
Manage and nurture relationships with Very Important Clients, ensuring personalized experiences and reinforcing the company's reputation for excellence;
Oversee global marketing and PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and objectives;
Implement and optimize CRM strategies to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and data-driven decision-making.
Perfil desejado
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management;
Proven track record in marketing and public relations within premium sectors such as hospitality, real estate, or high-end consumer brands;
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution of marketing and communication deliverables;
Experience in developing and producing marketing materials (digital and print), presentations, and content for internal and external stakeholders;
Solid knowledge of brand management and positioning strategies, with capacity to grow and strengthen brand presence;
Proficiency in managing external suppliers and agencies (design, media, events);
Strong experience in managing international projects and high-profile events;
Strategic mindset with exceptional execution capabilities;
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high level of diplomacy;
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools;
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
