Your new Role:
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in redefining the perception of Technology within HAVI. You will construct and manage a communication framework tailored to technology that complements the regional communications strategy. Your efforts will be crucial in conceptualizing training capabilities to accelerate the adoption of new technology across all levels and disciplines within HAVI Supply Chain, driving the company's digital transformation across all disciplines and facilitating the repositioning of Technology as a high performing strategic enabler.
Additionally, you will deliver a Key User concept, harnessing an extended ambassador framework for Technology within core functions to enrich technology experiences and drive cross-functional collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the function's goals, ensuring brand consistency across all materials;
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality content including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters and promotional materials;
- Leading digital marketing efforts including multi-channel internal marketing and social media campaigns;
- Managing media relations, preparing press kits and coordinating with external PR agencies;
- Planning and executing company events, webinars and conferences;
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management;
- Leading and mentoring a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What you will need to succeed:- Bachelor, Master Degree;
- 10+ years of experience driving change and communications in technology and organizational change management areas, with proven quantitative success records;
- Proficiency in communicating complex technology topics in simple, commercial/business language;
- Experience leading and working in multi-cultural teams across time zones;
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and deal with ambiguity;
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management and clients;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy;
- Proficiency in English.
