About the Role
As a Market Research Fieldwork Manager, you will act as the main link between clients and internal teams, managing end-to-end market research projects across multiple countries and methodologies (online, telephone, qualitative and quantitative).
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Salary: €18 to €25,000
Work set-up: Hybrid
Location: Porto
Core duties:
- Understand project specifications, budgets, and research methodologies
- Lead client and internal kick-off meetings
- Develop and review questionnaires, screeners, and discussion guides
- Test and review programmed surveys for best practice data collection
- Coordinate with scripting, translation, testing, and data processing teams
- Brief and manage internal fieldwork teams and local partners
- Manage end-to-end fieldwork processes
- Track project timelines, budgets, and profitability
- Manage change requests and client communications
- Provide clear and timely project updates and reporting
- Identify risks, challenges, and propose solutions proactively
- Ensure compliance with market research quality standards and regulations
- Support accurate project close-out and documentation of learnings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in market research project management or a related role
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-facing experience with a proactive and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of market research data collection processes
- Experience in online or telephone research is preferred
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Previous CATI experience advantageous

This is a remote position.
