Adecco is hiring a Market Consultant for New Vehicles based in Lisbon. The role supports the implementation of market strategies and business plans for commercial vehicles, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business goals. The position is part of the Regional Office Americas, which serves as the contact point for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation in the Americas. The office provides marketing and aftersales support, working closely with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan to address regional demands.

What you will Do?
- Support the execution of market management plans and monitor annual business targets
- Coordinate operational tasks related to territory performance and distributor queries
- Liaise with GDs for timely submission of monthly forecasts and track order pipeline
- Assist in planning and roll-out of market promotion campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure documentation and reporting adhere to company processes and compliance guidelines
Your Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related B2B sectors
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle product categories from light to heavy duty
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and dashboard tools for reporting
- Proficiency in English; regional Americas languages preferred
