We are now recruiting a Manager ServiceNow for one of our clients, that is a global professional services firm providing audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services. Renowned for its expertise, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
• Drive transformative initiatives and optimize ITSM processes through the ServiceNow platform;
• Implement ServiceNow solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities;
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions;
• Guide teams in adopting technical solutions with best practices for efficient transformation;
• Provide specialized guidance on ServiceNow solutions tailored to client and industry needs;
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, Incidents, Changes, and Evolutions using efficient project management tools.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
• Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in IT service management;
• Previous experience in consultancy is a plus;
• Proficiency in implementing, customizing, and integrating with the ServiceNow platform;
• Experience in platforms such as ITSM, Cloud, Low Code/No Code, or CRM is advantageous;
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (proficiency in a third language is a plus);
• Availability for travel.
