As the Manager of Innovation for the Utility-Scale segment at Greenvolt, you will be responsible for driving innovation initiatives that enhance growth, efficiency, and competitiveness in utility-scale energy projects. Your role will focus on identifying and implementing innovative products, processes, business models, and solutions that bring value to this core business area.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy and Opportunity Sourcing:

  • Propose the innovation strategy for the Utility-Scale segment.
  • Identify and evaluate innovation opportunities relevant to the Utility-Scale business.

Project Leadership:

  • Propose and lead the implementation of approved innovation projects related to products, solutions, processes, or business models.
  • Ensure effective project delivery in collaboration with internal teams and departments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Utility-Scale business unit to ensure alignment and adoption of innovation initiatives.

Thought Leadership:

  • Promote innovation within the segment and contribute to positioning Greenvolt as a forward-thinking player in the sector.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends relevant to utility-scale energy.


Profile:

  • University degree (Engineering preferred; Economics, Management, or related fields also considered).
  • 8+ years of experience in innovation, preferably within the energy sector or in tech-forward companies.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of technology and innovation in large-scale energy contexts.
  • Familiarity with innovation methodologies (design thinking, agile, lean startup - a plus).
  • Active network in the innovation ecosystem (a plus).
