The Manager Customer Strategy & Transformation is responsible for helping financial institutions transform how they serve customers and achieve business growth. The role combines strategic thinking, transformation leadership, client management, business development, and people leadership to deliver measurable results, strengthen client relationships, and build high-performing teams.
Description
- Lead Customer-focused projects and teams for clients in the Financial Services sector;
- Lead strategy and transformation projects with a strong business focus and close collaboration with technology teams, serving leading financial institutions at both national and international levels;
- Ensure end-to-end project management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, workstreams, priorities, risks, and stakeholders;
- Define the project approach, planning, and execution of activities, ensuring team autonomy and alignment in the preparation of project deliverables; guarantee delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and effective management of client expectations;
- Build trusted relationships with clients, identifying their needs and uncovering new collaboration opportunities;
- Contribute to the commercial development of the practice, including the preparation of proposals and client presentations;
- Support the development, mentoring, performance management, and career progression of junior team members.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Strategic Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience in consulting, preferably within the banking and insurance sectors, or in an in-house role within Customer, Strategy, Transformation, or Customer Experience functions, focusing on areas such as commercial effectiveness, digital experience, customer journeys, new service models, and related initiatives;
- Proven experience in managing projects, teams, and senior stakeholders;
- Strong client orientation, results-driven mindset, and business development focus;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and critical judgment;
- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and project quality management skills;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership capabilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and teams;
- Strong command of the English language.
