The Finance Manager Iberia will oversee financial operations and strategy for the Iberian region, ensuring compliance and driving financial efficiency. This role is based in Pombal and operates within the construction industry.

Principais responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements and management reports;
• Analyse monthly and annual financial results, identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions;
• Improve financial reporting and management information systems;
• Manage all Accounting operations;
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and report variances;
• Monitor business performance and provide financial insights to support profitability improvement and decision making.

Perfil desejado

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or Finance;
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position;
• Previous experience in multinational industrial companies is highly valued;
• Experience in the implementation of new ERP systems (preferable SAP);
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Fluent in Spanish (plus only);
• Strong results orientation and growth mindset;
• High level strategic partnership skills.
