• Conducting analyses to support decision-making processes
• Developing, managing, and tracking the annual budget and forecasts
• Overseeing the achievement of corporate KPIs and associated action plans
• Creating comprehensive management reports
• Analyzing investment profitability
• Collaborating with leaders across different organizational levels to provide strategic business insights

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field
• 3-6 years of professional experience in comparable positions - controller or BIG4 auditor
• Background in B2B industrial companies
• Advanced analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the capability to efficiently manage data
• Excellent prioritization skills to manage time-sensitive tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Energetic, proactive, and positive mindset
