We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us build scalable, production-ready ML systems that drive data-driven transformation.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and pipelines. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to operationalize ML solutions that are integrated into our clients' business processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering foundation, experience with deploying machine learning models into production environments, and a passion for solving real-world business problems using ML.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning models and end-to-end ML pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists and consultants to translate business needs into technical ML solutions
• Ensure robust model versioning, testing, monitoring, and retraining processes (ML Ops)
• Enhance data collection and preprocessing workflows to support modelling requirements
• Build, expose, and maintain ML models via APIs or integrated pipelines
• Design, build, and optimize LLM-based systems using models like GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or Claude.
• Fine-tune and/or prompt-engineer foundation models for domain-specific applications.
• Optimize model performance and monitor real-world outputs in production
• Automate and scale ML processes using modern cloud platforms and tools
• Document technical solutions clearly and contribute to knowledge sharing internally
• Present insights and architecture options to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering roles
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost
• Experience with developing, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, or Kubeflow is a plus
• Solid experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP also welcome)
• Exposure to APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Airflow)
• Strong software engineering principles and comfort working in production codebases
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy considerations and principles
• Should be fluent in English (written & spoken)
