Um/a DWP Operation and 2nd Level Support bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

• Provide second-level support for end-user devices, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Manage operational tasks related to workplace infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Maintain and update documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades within the workplace infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful DWP Operation and 2nd Level Support should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong technical skills in workplace infrastructure and end-user support, M365, W11, ITIL.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
