As a M365 Application Integration Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Maintain and improve the global M365 platform to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
• Keep the global provisioning portal in Azure DevOps well-maintained and optimized.
• Proactively manage security and ensure high availability standards are met.
• Develop and uphold detailed operational and configuration documentation.
• Effectively facilitate knowledge transfer to L2 teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide specialist guidance and support for Microsoft 365, including 3rd/4th level support.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and IT personnel to swiftly resolve issues.
• Implement security measures to comply with group policies and legal requirements.
• Work alongside infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to address security threats and ensure compliance.
• Promote and foster collaboration across various teams and entities.

About You

• Are a confirmed defender with expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Azure DevOps.
• Possess expert skills in C# development, technical communication, PowerShell scripting, and TerraForm.
• Have confirmed knowledge in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Purview, federated authentication, and information security principles.
• Are highly skilled in interpersonal and teamwork capacities.
• Are bilingual in English.
