We are looking for a Logical Security Officer (LSO) to join an international IT Security team within the banking and financial services sector. The LSO will play a critical role in managing user access rights, supporting IAM processes, and helping enforce information security standards across the organization.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and maintain user access permissions using the IAM system (e.g., Sigma);
- Create and maintain access and business profiles across various internal platforms;
- Guide and support users in using self-service tools for access management;
- Oversee user account and permission management across key applications;
- Collaborate with project teams to define access models for new applications;
- Support VPN and remote access setup;
- Enforce least privilege access through coaching, controls, and participation in recertification campaigns.
Key Technologies & Tools:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory;
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow);
- Experience with IAM systems;
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus;
- Solid understanding of security best practices in user access management.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting;
- Strong skills in Excel and data handling.
