Position: Lodge Manager

Location: Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa – Valle di Blenio (TI)

Employment: Full-time, annual contract

About us

Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa is a mountain retreat located in the heart of Valle di Blenio, Ticino, offering authentic Swiss hospitality surrounded by nature. With 16 rooms, dormitories, a restaurant and bar “Il Ritrovo,” a wellness area, and multipurpose event spaces, the lodge welcomes guests from all over Europe, from sports teams to families and corporate groups.

Role overview

We are looking for a Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth coordination of all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).

The ideal candidate combines a hands-on approach with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is motivated to contribute to the continued growth of a sustainable mountain hospitality project.

Main responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure service excellence
  • Coordinate and support the lodge team (reception, restaurant, housekeeping)
  • Manage guest relations and handle requests with professionalism
  • Monitor occupancy, budgeting, and cost control in coordination with the Head Office
  • Oversee suppliers, maintenance, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel or lodge management (preferably in Switzerland)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English (German or French is a plus)
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, seasonal environment
  • Passion for nature, hospitality, and guest care

Perfil do Candidato

  • Previous experience in hotel or lodge management (preferably in Switzerland)
