Adecco Permanent Recruitment is recruiting a Supervisor OHL (Overhead Lines) (m/f) for Scotland.

Our client is a multinational company of reference in the energy and construction sector and wants someone for an open-ended contract.

 Only applications from profiles with B1 and higher domains in English will be accepted.

Main Purpose

To lead field teams and support the Project Manager in the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of overhead line works. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with relevant policies and regulations.
• Allocate tasks and oversee on-site operations to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and documentation are in place and correctly managed.
• Conduct site inspections, complete quality checks, and ensure accurate and timely paperwork.
• Act as a liaison between field teams, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Encourage continuous improvement and maintain professionalism in all public interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Linesman LE-1.
• Strong knowledge of OHL construction and Permit to Work procedures.
• Current SPEN LV switching authorisation (desirable).
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proactive, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
