Your new role

As a Legal Contract Manager, you will take ownership of managing and advising on a portfolio of technology-related contracts, acting as a key point of contact for international stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring contract compliance, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business decision-making across multiple geographies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial and IT-related contracts
• Providing legal and commercial guidance to internal teams on contractual matters
• Supporting global stakeholders on contract interpretation and issue resolution
• Identifying and assessing legal and business risks, proposing pragmatic solutions
• Advising on regulatory and compliance topics, including data protection aspects
• Assisting with dispute-related matters at a preliminary stage
• Ensuring proper documentation, organisation, and maintenance of contract records

What you will need to succeed

• Law degree and qualification as a lawyer within an EU jurisdiction
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within IT, outsourcing, or commercial contracts
• Solid knowledge of contract law and regulatory frameworks (including GDPR)
• Fluency in English in an international working environment
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across different regions
