Lead and Coordinate the Legal department's advisory services;

Act as a strategic partner in decision-making across the various business units.

Description

• Coordinate and develop the legal team, ensuring alignment with the company's global business principles;
• Provide legal advice across multiple areas of law, namely Corporate, Employment, Commercial, Consumer, Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity, as well as other Retail-related legislation;
• Manage the negotiation, drafting and review of agreements and other company operations, ensuring regulatory compliance;
• Work closely with various internal departments and external partners, ensuring effective legal solutions aligned with business objectives.

Profile

• University degree in Law and active registration with the Bar Association;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in legal practice, with a focus on Corporate, Employment and Commercial Law;
• Knowledge of Retail Legislation, Consumer Law, Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity will be valued;
• Previous experience as an in-house lawyer (preferred);
• Proven experience in team leadership and management;
• Strong organisational skills, critical thinking and strategic vision;
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and interpersonal abilities;
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (an advantage).
