Your new company: 

Our client is a Shared Services Center based in Lisbon.

 Your new role:

You will report directly to the department's legal supervisor, handling tasks such as updating and creating documentation. 
Your administrative duties will include managing documents, which involves digitally filing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and correspondence (global scope). 

  • Prepare the necessary documentation to respond to several internal requests; 
  • Create a task tracking table; 
  • Monitor the completion of mandatory documentation and ensure deadlines are met; 
  • Create and maintain databases / data entry; 
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures; 
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the department.

 What you'll need to succeed: 

  • Minimum 1 year in similar administrative tasks;
  • Fluent in English;
  • IT Skills: Outlook and Office.
