Description
- Identify and target potential retail tenants for available spaces.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and potential tenant needs.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements under company policies.
- Ensure all lease terms comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants to ensure high tenant retention rates.
- Address tenant concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property tours and tenant meetings to foster strong relationships.
- Monitor local and national retail market trends and provide insights to inform leasing strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend rental rates based on market conditions and property performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including prospect lists, lease agreements, and tenant communications.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and market conditions for senior management.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate.
Strong understanding of the retail market and current leasing trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
