The company you're going to work at:

Our client is a multinational company – a Shared Services based in Lisbon. 

Your new role:

You´ll be part of a global team that reports directly to the Global Lease Accounting Senior Manager.
This position will manage the lease accounting software as well as the accounting close and reporting requirements. You´ll also provide training to the accountants on functions in Lease Accelerator. Support and create lease pre-load processes, controls and metrics. Other responsibilities:

• Monthly end-close, balance sheet and P&L analysis, account reconciliations, quarterly and annual disclosure and audit support;
• Responsible for Sox documentation and execution;
• Review and confirm accuracy of all statement of cashflow movement coding;
• Lease SOX controls, corporate level and other;
• Support other projects as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• Previous experience in Public Accounting;
• Big4 previous experience (nice to have);
• IT Skills: Excel, Oracle and Blackline (nice to have);
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and other languages is a plus; 
• Knowledgeable of US GAAP;
• Experience with GL operations, reporting chart of accounts, account reconciliation analysis and internal financial reporting.
