Your Responsabilities

 

 

• Manage Learning Academies end to end identify capability status and existing gaps, assess training and development needs; deploy and measure the effectiveness of learning activities, follow up and report of key indicators
• Understand the business context and how it contributes to the companys performance
• Design and create engaging and effective content, using the 70-20-10 framework, including digital learning, as part of our overall L&D offering
• Build relationships of trust and creating communication channels with and between different functions
• Work with external training providers and internal SMEs to develop learning and development programmes and modules that support business needs
• Deliver programme content/sessions as and when required
• Act as an internal consultant to provide best L&D practices and guidance helps to manage stakeholders and employees expectations on training delivery and needs
• Support line managers and employees in the execution of the Performance Management process
• Give inputs about policies, procedures and processes continuous improvement

 

We want you to bring

• Master or Major in Human Resources, Management or Psychology (social sciences)
• Minimum 3/4 years experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the industry or FMCG sector
• Previous experience in working with LMS (Learning Management Systems), namely Success Factors and/or Crossknowledge
• Knowing the foundations of styles and techniques of learning and the impact on development activities (70-20-10 approach)
• Self-starter with ability to think outside the box
• Collaborative approach, with demonstrated capacity to co-design learning content with others, and to work with others to achieve team success.
• English B2 and native Portuguese
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Good Level of MS Office Excel and PWP
