As part of the Learning & Development team, you will support the coordination and administration of training activities across the organization, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the successful delivery of learning initiatives.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development function.
  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with internal requirements.
  • Maintain and update training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage training assignments, user profiles, and learning data accuracy.
  • Monitor training hours and prepare regular reports and analyses on learning activities.
  • Support supplier management processes, including onboarding, registration, and coordination through internal systems.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain local employee training data.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify learning requirements and support development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes, tools, and reporting practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, training providers, and external partners.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools to support reporting, analysis, and operational activities.


Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR Administration, HR Operations, or similar administrative functions.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR platforms.
  • Knowledge of training coordination processes and learning administration.
  • Experience supporting supplier management and vendor coordination activities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and working with data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory; Italian is considered an advantage.
