Step into a key leadership role at a fast-growing international tech company that's doubling down on innovation and expanding its engineering presence across Portugal. As Lead Node.js Engineer, you'll lead the formation of a brand-new engineering team, spearheading the development of a groundbreaking product that will transform the company's core platform.

In this leadership position, you'll mentor and inspire your team, shape technical direction, and remain hands-on with a modern Node.js stack. You'll own the critical search functionality of the platform-central to the business's success-as the company transitions from a legacy monolithic system to a scalable, cloud-native microservices architecture in a large-scale modernization effort.

You will:

• Lead and mentor a new team of engineers

Skills / Experience:

• Strong engineering background (Node.js is a must)
• Leadership experience

Salary / Remuneration: €65,000 - €75,000 + benefits
