Lead Buyer IT (Software)

Adecco Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lead Buyer IT (Software) to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in negotiating IT contracts, particularly within the SaaS domain, and possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end sourcing process. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for IT contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage the sourcing process from specifications through to contracting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in IT procurement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in negotiating IT contracts.
• Proven experience with SaaS solutions.
• Solid understanding of sourcing processes from specifications to contracting.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
