The KYC Expert Officer - French speaker will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations within the financial services sector. This position requires proficiency in French and a strong understanding of risk and compliance processes.

Description

The KYC Expert Officer - French speaker should :

  • Conduct thorough KYC and AML checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze customer documentation to verify identity and risk level.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related queries and concerns.
  • Monitor and report suspicious activities in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC and AML regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Assist in implementing and improving compliance policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively in French to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful KYC Expert Officer - French speaker should have:

  • Proficiency in French at C1 or C2 level.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations within the financial services industry.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex documentation.
  • Prior experience in risk and compliance roles is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
