About the Challenge
Eneida is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to help us achieve our mission, sales objectives, and customer success. In this role, you will lead the efforts to drive the growth of our eneida DeepGrid platform within a region, focusing on building strategic partnerships with Distribution System Operators.
As the main point of contact, you'll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through one-to-one relationships, trade fairs, and conferences. Your proactive, consultative approach will allow you to deliver tailored solutions and create exceptional customer experiences, ultimately fostering long-term loyalty and uncovering new business opportunities.
Your mission is to not only maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers but also to identify and create new growth opportunities that align with the customer's business needs and our solution's potential.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate ongoingly with Executive Board members, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development teams, involving all disciplines from data science and software development to embedded systems engineering.
- Take full responsibility and ownership of key Strategic Client Accounts, developing, implementing, and executing Sales and Customer Success plans, in collaboration with Product Marketing and Product Management, to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and loyalty, while meeting ambitious sales objectives for each Client Account.
- Identify clients' problems and needs, and work internally to find solutions, creating new business opportunities.
- Execute plans to increase the value delivered to the client's operational teams by actively listening to and matching client needs with product functionality, driving user awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Prepare, implement, and drive PoCs and Pilots, along with the respective solution Business Case (ROI).
- Prepare, deliver, negotiate, and close technical and economic proposals for clients.
- Develop and manage indirect sales channels.
- Identify new and manage existing technology and sales partnerships.
- Ensure the delivery of an excellent, differentiating product and its respective value to our key clients.
What we're Looking for:
- MSc in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management and/or B2B Sales to large accounts.
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably with a Distribution System Operator (DSO), or with an OEM working with DSOs.
- Strong competence and experience in Project Management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-solver with a deep interest in product technology and sustainability solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, and growing start-up environment.
- Proven track record of continuous learning and growth.
- Team player with a spirit of generosity and collaboration.
- Availability to travel abroad.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
