Your new responsibilities

• Develop and implement National and detailed Account Plans, via defining strategies and plans, ensuring that all KPIs are achieved;
• Customer Contract Negotiation, including annual negotiation, and store investments;
• Ensure maximum payback on all the T&C investments positively influencing the store variables (Weighted Distribution, NPD implementation, Promo Pressure, SOS, Secondary Display, End of Aisle);
• Visit the Customers biggest stores;
• Manage a Pricing Strategy across all the customers that allows us to maximise distribution and customer margin;
• Contribute to the setting of and achievement of the annual sales and margin budget and targets;
• Manage the volume and margin targets on a monthly basis;
• Monitor and challenge competitors and their customer/product portfolio;
• Provide Demand Planning, monthly forecast and weekly changes to the forecast, in order to secure a high customer service level and to efficiently respond to customer requests;
• Work closely with the Finance to ensure minimum DSO and account receivables reconciliation;
• Support the 3rd party Field Sales Force, ensuring the stores sales fundamentals implementation;

What do you need to succeed?

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing (preferably);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish is valued;
• Oriented to results
• High interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and planning
• Selling skills
• Business strategy oriented
• P&L managing experience
• Good communicator with the ability to network and influence the whole Retail Matrix (either Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, etc.)
• Strong drive, orientation to results, doer, flexible and strong positive attitude
• Minimum 2 years working experience Sales in FMCG;
• Marketing or Trade Marketing experience is valued.
• Preferably some knowledge of the home and personal care industry;

What the company can offer you
Temporary Contract for one year with a monthly gross salary, meal allowance and a bonus.
