With a growing presence in Portugal, they are looking to reinforce their Off Trade team with a strategic Key Account Manager to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Description

  • Contributing to the Off Trade strategy by generating customer insights and translating them into actionable plans
  • Developing and implementing annual Customer Business Plans tailored to specific customer needs
  • Leading customer negotiations and annual agreements, focusing on long-term value creation
  • Designing and recommending promotional and activation plans aligned with brand strategy and ROI targets
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across internal teams (Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Driving innovation agendas within accounts to grow category performance
  • Leveraging sales data to create value-added business solutions and activations
  • Participating in strategic planning processes including budgeting and forecasting

Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in Off Trade, including at least 3 years in account management roles (mandatory)
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Collaborative approach and problem-solving attitude
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory)
