Our client is a Lifesciences multinational company.

The KAM will be responsible for delivering high-value support to the business by driving collaborative, cross-functional, and integrated initiatives that ensure product availability and generate added value within each account.

Description

The main responsibilities will be:

Develop a thorough understanding of all relevant stakeholders within the assigned territory, assessing their level of authority and influence over product portfolio.

Define the decision-making unit (DMU) within each account based on the identified stakeholders. Establish strong, strategic relationships with DMU members to ensure early and prioritised access to key information, positioning the company advantageously in all relevant procedures.

Select and segment the accounts based on their potential for the company's products and current market share (MS).

Develop a tactical plan for each account under responsibility, translating national objectives into actionable local strategies. Propose the appropriate level of investment required to achieve defined targets.

Manage the allocated regional budget autonomously, ensuring investments align with the company's Code of Conduct and central guidelines, and are fully coordinated with the business objectives defined by the Business Units.

Monitor the implementation of agreements and propose corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan.

Collect relevant market intelligence regarding factors affecting product access, and ensure timely dissemination to all relevant internal stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics and trends.

Actively participate in cross-functional meetings (e.g., Regional Coordination, Strategic Cross-Team Meetings) as required by team leaders or business needs.

Visit specialist physicians within the territory at the frequency defined by the Business Unit, providing accurate and consistent information in line with the medical visit plan. Maintain a deep and updated understanding of the assigned product portfolio.

Propose a list of specialists for attendance at congresses, symposiums, and scientific events, ensuring alignment with the scientific-promotional activities of the assigned products, and submit proposals to the relevant line manager.

Regularly update, review, and categorise the medical contact database in accordance with the segmentation matrices defined at any given time.

Foster a culture of ethics and compliance by consistently applying the company's reference documents (e.g., Code of Ethical Conduct, Global Policies), ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field.

Postgraduate or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing is a plus.

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English.

Focused on understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Driven to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on performance.

Able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across different audiences.

Collaborative mindset, contributing positively to team dynamics and shared goals.

Strong ability to analyse complex information and make data-driven decisions.

Availability to start working on a short notice.
