We're looking for a Junior Treasury Analyst.

A significant amount of time in Paris once hired would be required - minimum 1 month up to 3 months in total.

Description

Operations

• Assist subsidiaries on banking and payment issues;
• Deliver daily controls and reports on cash flow and payments;
• Monitor confirmation and settlement of financial operations (FX/NeuCP);
• Update bank signatories whenever required;
• Manage the opening, closing of accounts and banking services;
• Elaborate, consolidate and monitor short-term cash forecasts;
• Elaborate, consolidate and monitor long-term cash forecasts and comparisons between realized cash and forecast per entity;
• Control and report banking fees;
• Contribute to the current account reset in foreign currencies;
• Contribute to Kyriba projects and improvement of payment process.

Bank guarantees back-office

• Issuance within bank tools / paper with legal;
• Follow-up of release / expiry;
• Reporting;
• Kyriba input & fees control / management.

Bank account management back-office

• Bank account closing / opening;
• Bank account master data follow-up / update / reporting on Kyriba;
• Control / set-up on bank mandates / direct debit.

Profile

• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting or Finance;
• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury or Accounting;
• Good level in English;
• Experience in Excel;
• SAP or Kyriba is highly appreciated;
• Knowledge of basics in internal control, data analysis;
• Rigor & attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills.
