Are you a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to make an impact in the tech world? Huawei is looking for bright, driven individuals to join our Young Talent Program as Junior Account Manager or Solution sales Engineer

Main Responsibilities

1. Customer Requirements Analysis: Familiar with customer requirements for enterprise ICT scenarios(B2B) from the major operators in Portugal, able to effectively understand and analyze specific customer requirements.
2. Market & Product Support: Participate in market research to understand the market dynamics and competitive environment of Portuguese operators. Support the ICT product validation and access process to ensure the solution meets the market requirements.
3. Solution Demonstration: Demonstrate Huawei ICT solutions to customers, answer technical questions, and provide professional support and advice.
4. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and help reach sales targets.Participate in business opportunity tracking and management, and provide necessary technical support and documentation.
5. Project Expansion: Utilize your carrier ICT project development experience within a specific industry to drive the development of related business.

Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduated in Telecommunications/IT Engineering degree or Master.
2. Familiar with the process of marketing, ICT products and customer requirements of the major operators in Portugal.
3. Familiar with carrier related project development is preferred.
4. Be able to communicate fluently in Portuguese & English.

1. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to adapt quickly to a team environment.
2. Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills.
3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and strong learning ability.
