Your new role

As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Junior Talent Attraction_

• Implement, manage and execute a local Future Talent Strategy to recruit students from colleges and universities. 
• Leverage your knowledge of social media, digital marketing, events, university recruitment, and creative communications to bring to life our employer value proposition.
• Recruit permanent roles for GDO Portugal (and upon necessity other European countries and/or functions) and drive consistency in the hiring process to ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs and HR Business Partners
• Meet Global Talent Attraction goals.
• Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity

What you need to be successful

• Approx. 2 years previous experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent project management, networking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms, events, 
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, a further European language would be a plus
• Workday experience is highly preferable

What the company can offer you 

Hybrid working model;

Base Salary according to the candidate experience + Meal Allowance;

12 Months Temporary contract.
