By developing projects in the most diverse industries - Banking, Telecommunications, Health, Retail, Energy, Insurance or Aviation - we analyze data, transforming it into knowledge for our clients, allowing them to adopt the best decision-making for their respective organizations and businesses.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition who is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience recruiting IT profiles (software development, data, engineering, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools;
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and team-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Flexibility to work onsite 2 times a week at our Carnaxide office (mandatory).
