Your new company:
Global company operating in Tax free shopping sector is hiring an Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to reinforce its team for a period between 3/6 months.

Your new role:

• Coordination of hiring activities for the entire team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process;
• Focus on sourcing potential candidates through scouting, headhunting and, when necessary, utilizing agencies;
• Support the team in finding the right talent for our organization using all sourcing methods;
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, helping them with resume screening and initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates;
• Support the team with HRIS governance and related administration tasks, such as KPI’s monitoring, tracking, consolidation and reporting on hiring metrics;
• Oversee the handling of records and paperwork, such as vendor management, and purchase orders, as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 2 year of experience as HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition;
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources) or equivalent Degree level or equivalent;
• Fluent in English (C level minimum);
• Proven skills and experience of working in an international and fast-paced environment;
• Detail conscious;
• Skilled communicator;
• Workday knowledge;
• Effective manager of time and priorities;
• Broad HR generalist skill set.
