About the Position:

To support and respond to our needs, we are now looking for an Junior Support Business Analystto join a dynamic team in the Porto area, under a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to user support requests efficiently Analyzing the figures of profitability computations and application feed issues;
• Enhancing support documentation and procedures;
• Participating in internal projects aimed at improving support efficiency;
• Be capable of identifying, design and implement improvements for our tasks and procedures;
• We value candidates who are dynamic, proactive and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

What we are looking for?

• Experience with SQL is mandatory;
• Knowledge of tools such as SAP Business Objects such as JIRA, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps would be a significant advantage;
• Good level of English;
• Hybrid work in Porto.
