The Junior Recruiter will play a key role in the recruitment process within our Shared Service Center, supporting the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talent. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment and human resources within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Description


  • Recruitment Process Support:

    • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
    • Actively engage in talent sourcing initiatives and building a candidate pipeline.

  • Application Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to determine candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

  • Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview materials and provide feedback from interviews to the hiring team.

  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.

  • Onboarding Support:

    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training sessions are arranged.

  • Recruitment Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and outcomes.

  • Brand Promotion:

    • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices and process improvements.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS software is a plus.
    • Previous internship or related experience in recruitment or human resources (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with shared service center operations is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English or French. Spanish will be a plus.
