A leading company in supply chain is looking for a Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to reinforce their team.

Your new role

• Coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure timely inspections and measurements;
• Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators to support decision-making;
• Ensuring compliance with legal, internal, and external regulations;
• Supporting the development and analysis of management reporta;
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes;
• Collaborating with operational teams to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness;
• Assuring product and project quality throughout the development lifecycle;
• Supporting project managers in defining and implementing quality objectives and mesures;
• Leading problem-solving activities and FMEA teams;
• Participating in risk assessments, taskforces, and crisis teams;
• Promoting and deploying new quality tools and methodologies;
• Coaching and training colleagues in quality management practices.

What you'll need to suceed

• Degree in Engineering or a related fiel;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments;
• Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems implementation, ISO 9001 standards and audit techniques;
• Proficiency in Problem Solving techniques (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.) and FMEA;
• Understanding PPAP processes;
• Proficiency in MS Office tolls;
• Strong communication skills in English:
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
