We are looking for a QA/BA Specialist - Finance Operations

MAIN TASKS:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Support the mapping of treasury workflows and process improvements
• Help create and maintain user stories and test cases
• Participate in test planning, execution, and defect logging
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
• Perform data checks and basic financial validations
• Collaborate with senior BAs, QAs, and treasury teams
• Document findings and contribute to reporting and analysis

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Good Understanding of business analysis and software QA principles
• Familiarity with SQL, Jira, Confluence and Excel
• Strong interest in treasury operations or financial systems
• Fluency in English is required
• Hybrid role in Porto
