We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the team in resolving obstacles, ensuring timely delivery, and promoting clear and effective communication with stakeholders and management.
MAIN TASKS:
- Lead daily meetings, providing updates on progress, identifying blockers, and flagging any delays in the planning
- Support the end-to-end accountability for meeting the IT project's goals in alignment with defined commitments
- Assist the team in working independently while continuously improving, and help overcome organizational or process-related challenges
- Help coordinate and facilitate project-related events and ceremonies (such as quarterly PI Planning)
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Desirable: Background in IT, particularly with knowledge of ETL processes and databases
- Proven experience in project management and hands-on application of agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development tools and frameworks, such as Jira
- Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on delivering results with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English
