Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Support procurement activities to align with project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in planning and resource allocation to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Monitor milestones, track procurement deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks related to procurement in projects and propose mitigation strategies.

Develop and Implement Strategies:

• Contribute to the execution of procurement strategies for Opex and Capex.
• Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and contract negotiations.

Manage Budgets and Costs:

• Monitor procurement budgets within project frameworks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accuracy.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Address supplier performance issues and escalate when necessary to meet project requirements.

Ensure Compliance:

• Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, project guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in risk assessments related to procurement processes.

Collaborate Internally:

• Partner with project teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
• Provide procurement expertise to support the successful delivery of capital and operational projects.
