We are currently recruiting a Junior Procurement Administrator to join a growing and dynamic sourcing team based in Lisbon. This role offers a strong entry point into procurement, providing operational exposure and the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and finance teams in an international environment.

Description

• Support daily procurement operations, including purchase orders and contracts management;
• Execute purchasing activities and coordinate invoices with Finance;
• Maintain contract records, track renewals, and ensure proper documentation;
• Coordinate onboarding and management of contractors and external personnel;
• Maintain and update procurement and supplier data in internal systems;
• Assist in invoice matching, issue resolution, and compliance with internal processes;
• Support sourcing activities through documentation preparation (e.g., RFI/RFQ);
• Act as a point of contact for procurement-related queries from stakeholders and suppliers;
• Collaborate with both nearshore and onshore teams to ensure process efficiency.

Profile

• Degree or qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• Initial experience in procurement, purchasing, finance, or administrative roles;
• Basic understanding of procurement or P2P processes is a plus;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Comfortable working with ERP or procurement systems (SAP is a plus);
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Motivated to develop a career in procurement and sourcing.
