Description

• Support the proactive identification of security-related risks and ensure appropriate follow-up through the design and implementation of mitigation measures;
• Collaborate on the drafting and continuous improvement of internal policies and procedural documentation within the scope of Global Security, ensuring their proper application;
• Drive initiatives focused on employee training and awareness to strengthen understanding and engagement with security-related responsibilities;
• Help foster a strong internal culture of security and risk awareness across the organization;
• Evolve reporting tools and dashboards to support governance and contribute actively to internal committees;
• Assist in defining and updating the business continuity strategy, based on business impact analyses;
• Participate in the documentation, monitoring, and reporting processes required to maintain compliance with corporate continuity standards;
• Contribute to the execution and assessment of continuity drills and validation of contingency strategies;
• Oversee the physical security setup to ensure alignment with current risk levels and internal guidelines;
• Serve as an advisor and challenger in the implementation of measures related to the safety of personnel and protection of facilities.

Profile

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit or a related field;
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in areas such as Internal Control or Risk Management;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail;
• Comfortable working within established procedures and methodologies;
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal;
• Capable of effectively managing time, setting priorities, and working independently;
• Enjoys working in a diverse and multicultural environment;
• Open-minded and motivated to take on a variety of tasks;
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic settings.
